Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from YaarKiDukan. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within the time given by the vendor/seller at the time of purchase after receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Policy:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any perishable goods, including food items. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation by Vendor:
Vendors on YaarKiDukan have the right to cancel an order if the item is out of stock or cannot be shipped for any reason.
In such cases, the customer will be notified of the cancellation, and a full refund will be processed.
Refund Policy:
If the customer cancels the order within 24 hours of placing it, a full refund will be issued.
If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours of placing the order and before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
If the order has been shipped, no refund will be issued.
In case of cancellation by the vendor, a full refund will be issued.
